This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Minnesota Mobile Sauna LLC (“Owner”) and the undersigned (“Renter”). By signing this document, Renter agrees to all terms and conditions listed below.

2. Fees and Deposits

3. Safety & Operations (The “Sauna Rules”)

The Renter agrees to adhere to the following safety protocols:

• No Alcohol/Drugs: Use of the sauna while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum Occupancy: No more than 6 people are allowed in the sauna at one time.
• Wood Stove Safety: Only provided/approved wood shall be used. Do not leave the fire unattended.
• Health Warning: Consult a physician before use if not in generally good health, pregnant, elderly, or suffering from heart disease or high/low blood pressure.
• Age Restriction: Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

4. Renter Responsibilities

• Site Prep: Renter must provide a level, accessible surface for the sauna. Owner reserves the right to refuse setup if the site is deemed unsafe.
• Condition: The sauna must be returned in the same condition it was received. A cleaning fee of $100 will be applied if the unit is returned excessively dirty.
• Damage: Renter is responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement for any damage to the sauna, stove, or accessories during the rental period.

5. Liability Waiver & Indemnification

Release of Liability: The Renter acknowledges that the use of a sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to heat exhaustion, dehydration, burns, or slips/falls. Renter assumes all risk and releases Minnesota Mobile Sauna LLC from any and all liability for injuries or property damage arising out of the rental.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Hennepin, MN.
